What do you do to relax?
It is essential to separate ourselves for a time, to be refreshed, restored and revitalised.
Balance in every facet of our daily lives is relevant.
However, its of no value is we simply say we need to change our schedule and complain about it. When we resist being the change.
There are times, when you simply need to stop what you are doing and recharge your mind and body.
If you are inclined to be generous with your time and regularly volunteer yourself in various activities, perhaps its time to consider that your yes be yes and your no be no.
It is not my intention to be controlling. Humanity, as good as it is, is inclined to ‘overuse’ those who are overly generous.
I’m not proposing you shut yourself down from being available. Food for thought: Take time out for yourself before you possibly burn out!
