As a Landscape Photographer, I love the unexpected, never knowing what surprises God is going to release in each sunrise and sunset.
The morning I captured this image, I waded into the water early, as the fishermen were heading off in their boats.
During the entire photoshoot, the water was calm. Although the sky was cloudless, it had a beautiful colour which reflected perfectly in the water.
The pier or jetty at Wellington Point, near Brisbane, Australia, is very popular with fishermen and people walking or exercising on it. It also presents itself as a perfect feature for photographic purposes.
As I stand in the water, wearing waders, whilst my camera is secured to my tripod, I have all my necessary photographic equipment at hand, for convenience.
Thank you for appreciating my work!
