This beach represents perfect paradise to me. From the moment I arrive at this incredible location, I have a sense of expectancy of being in the rhythm of nature.
The morning of this photoshoot, the conditions were superb. The incoming tide was starting to make an appearance, with the absence of wind, and the use of photographic filters, it made for an idyllic shoot. I stretched my tripod on the shoreline and immediately commenced clicking my camera button.
Wategos is popular with photographers, surfers, joggers and walkers. The trail threads past this beach to the Lighthouse, perched on top of the hill. This area is the most easterly landmass in Australia.
