30th November 2018
Location: Gold Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia.
I was driving along this country road, it is a busy arterial network, the countryside is spectacular, when I noticed this river ‘fringed’ with skeletal trees.
They immediately attracted my attention. The early morning air was invigorating whilst patches of fog added interest to the image. I stood with my tripod legs secured against the bridge wall, at a precarious angle, to secure this shot.
The light was intriguing, although quite moody, it captures your attention, as you are drawn into the image, by the reflections and the effects of the clouds.
