Jubilant!

23rd August 2018

Sunset at Kirra Beach. It is absolutely beautiful as a sunrise and a sunset beach.

This image was captured as the setting sun soaked the beach as a golden glow.

I reduced the length of my tripod, positioning my camera close to the water and sand for extra effect and to create a mood of warmth, ‘inviting’ you into the picture.

Seagulls gathered together, who weren’t perturbed by my presence. Instead, they were ‘clustered’ ┬áin the saturated glow of sunset.

The tide was low and the ocean resembled a lake. Perfect conditions for a soothing image.

Photography filters offer a unique dynamic to an image, as can be seen in this scene.

Thank you for appreciating my work!
