Burning Bush!

18th May 2017

As I was nearing the end of my memorable journey, on my photo shoot of Mt Aspiring National Park, South Island, New Zealand, I discovered this brilliantly coloured bush.

It was infused with bright orange and green leaves, such a vivid contrast.

I knew it needed capturing.

The beauty I experienced that morning on my shoot was indescribable.

Although I was fairly weary by the time I arrived at this location, the brightness of the bush inspired and invigorated me.

From a distance, I knew the importance of walking to it and to capture something out of the ordinary.

Instinctively, we are aware of what attracts us that is good and exceptional.

We need to walk towards the good things and to resist that which is not beneficial!

There were so many ways which I shot this bush.

Being a landscape photographer, my eye is being sharpened to what is interesting in an image.

My camera and my photographic equipment are an extension of me, my identity.

Invaluable tools to equip and to empower people with a purpose. What is in your hand? Use it!

I was mature when I realised my purpose!

I say to the young don’t procrastinate and to the mature, it is not too late!

Thank you for liking my work!
